Speed

  • USPS Ground Advantage (2-6 Business Days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (1-4 Business Days)
  • Orders ship same day if ordered before 12pm MT.

If an order does not deliver within the advertised timeframe, your order is eligible to receive a refund on shipping cost.

How we handle shipping mishaps

  • If the wrong item is delivered: We can reship the correct item, plus refund shipping costs.
  • If the package arrives past the advertised timeframe: We can refund the shipping costs.
  • If the package is lost in transit: After 3 business days of no USPS scan activity, we can reship the package free of charge with no requirement to return the lost package if it is to show up.
  • If a package is stolen: We can reship with signature.
  • If an item is damaged in transit: We can reship free of charge.
